Panda Clean is a locally owned and operated family business providing specialist carpet cleaning and floor care needs.
Panda Clean was started by our company director Kimberly in 2018 and has since expanded to become a trusted name in specialised carpet steam cleaning, carpet dry cleaning, upholstery cleaning, leather cleaning, and hard floor care in Newcastle and the Hunter regions.
Panda Clean prides itself on its innovative approach to carpet and upholstery care. Providing high quality services for a large variety of needs, including end of lease carpet cleaning, specialised upholstery cleaning, tile and grout restoration cleaning, disaster cleaning, pet waste cleaning, bio-contamination cleaning, and many more services.

Kimberly GIibson
Director of legends, Founder.
Kim started Panda Clean in 2018 as a domestic cleaning company to achieve a better work-life balance. Prior to starting Panda Clean, Kim held several management positions in a variety of food services over an 8-year period, whilst specialising in quality control and cleaning management.
After starting her successful company, she transitioned to a niche cleaning market, offering high quality cleaning and staging for short-term accommodations. During this time the business also expanded into carpet cleaning services.
Kim specializes in our upholstery and leather cleaning services.
Kim is a mother of two, and is married to James. She enjoys quiet time with her family in her downtime.
James GIibson
Manager Of Pandas
James began working for Panda Clean in early 2018 as the business began to grow and expand. Prior to this, James has operated several successful businesses, including courier franchises and fine food distribution.
Using his previous experience in business development, James was able to assist Kim in growing Panda Clean and helping to drive the company towards new goals.
During his time with the business, he has helped it successfully transition towards the carpet cleaning specialists it is today, through ongoing research and development he has helped innovate new methods which help the business achieve the quality results they strive for.
James is a father of 2, and married to Kim, He enjoys spending time with his kids, building Lego, and is an avid PC gamer in his spare time.
