We utilise a high-powered extraction alongside low moisture chemicals. In most circumstances carpets will be dry in around 2-hours. This can take longer depending on several factors including weather, and soiling. In all but the most extreme circumstances carpets will be dry in 6 hours.
We service Newcastle and surrounds, as well as Maitland, Cessnock, Singleton, Muswellbrook, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, and parts of the Central Coast.
For best results, we recommend moving your furniture out of the rooms before our arrival. Due to our method it’s not advisable to be moving furniture whilst the clean is underway. Larger items, such as beds, tallboys, tv cabinets etc can be left where they are, and we will do our best to clean around.
We are unable to assist with moving most furniture due to insurance, OHS and liability restrictions.
We use a specialised cleaning shampoo designed for high quality cleans on wool carpet. This ensures a thorough clean without risking damage.
Whilst we use a variety of chemicals, we use a specialised neutralising rinse procedure to remove any chemical residue, meaning there is no risk of harm to your family after completion.
Our carpet cleaning equipment is suitable for most types of rugs (excluding natural dyed Persian rugs). Utilising a variety of chemicals and procedures, we can clean them on site from woven wool to long pile shag.
Most average size homes (3-4 rooms, living and dining room) will take between 1-2 hours from our arrival. This can vary depending on the overall size and condition of your carpets.
We prefer to meet people at the home so that we can assess and discuss any special cleaning requirements that may be necessary, but once we begin no one needs to be home for the entirety of the clean.
Most carpet manufacturers recommend cleaning every 6 months in high traffic areas. We recommend a steam cleaning treatment once a year, followed by our dry-cleaning treatment after 6 months to help keep your carpets fresher for longer.
Our equipment can be removed from our vans if there’s no ground floor access, meaning we can do high-rise buildings with ease, whilst not compromising quality.
We offer both Carpet Steam Cleaning, and Carpet Dry cleaning for Office buildings, strata Buildings, and other commercial areas.

Bit of a mess left over from an indoor dog, this clean required our specialised pet restoration.
A strong microbial and bacterial disinfect to break down any waste and germs in the carpet, followed by a high temperature steam rinse and extraction, and finally an odour absorbing deodorizer.
