Panda Clean uses a combination of extraction chemicals and neutralizes, this ensures all previously applied chemicals are removed from your carpet, and neutralizes any imbalances in the pH to prevent damage.
Our extraction treatments also offer an additional level of cleaning not commonly found with most carpet cleaning providers.
Why use an extraction chemical?
When completing a carpet clean a number of chemical solutions are applied to aid in the effective cleaning of common soiling, and harsh staining. When used improperly, or not adequately removed these chemicals can cause damage to your carpets, and possible irritants to your family. This is why an extraction chemical is needed.
When extracting chemicals from your carpet its also advantageous to ensure the water is ‘soft’ (the removal of hard minerals commonly found in water) which our extraction chemicals also assist with.
The other advantage when using our products is they offer an emulsifier rinse. Emulsifiers are natural or chemical substances that consist of a “water-loving” end and an “oil-loving” end. They’re commonly used to combine ingredients that normally don’t mix together, such as oil and water providing an extraordinary rinse, leaving your carpets cleaner, and fresher for longer.
